This group is about the study and practice of "self-defence" methods based on the traditional martial arts of Bagua Zhang and Cha Chuan.   Our martial art practice deals with the combination of long, mid, and close quarters combat. It is mostly based on strikes, locks, and leading the redirection of forces. All of this is rooted in the agile and stable footwork (walking methods) of Bagua Zhang.
